Lead Maintenance Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• HVAC Services: Address HVAC service calls efficiently and professionally. Handle installation procedures in line with company standards.
• Work Orders: Respond promptly to maintenance calls and work orders, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely service.
• Make Ready: Collaborate with the make-ready team to guarantee that properties are prepared and up to par for occupancy.
• Property Appearance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in HVAC, Electrical and plumbing maintenance.
• Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain effective work relationships.
• Commitment to safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements:

• Successfully pass preemployment background check.
• Must be HVAC certified.

Compensation:

• $25-27, depending on experience
